All Northpointe property owners are members of Northpointe Commons (master association) HOA which is managed by a Board of Directors who oversees the operations and maintenance of the community's recreational amenities. The HOA Board members are elected at an annual meeting.

Northpointe Commons HOA governance includes an Architectural Committee, which reviews and approves homeowner requests for external changes to properties to ensure they comply with the community's established aesthetic standards, design guidelines, and governing documents. Their primary goals are to maintain property values, preserve the visual appeal of the neighborhood, and ensure uniformity by preventing modifications that could negatively impact the community's overall appearance or structural integrity. The Architectural Committee members are also elected at an annual meeting.

HOA Board and Architectural Committee meetings are open to all members of Northpointe Commons community.
