Northpointe Commons HOA is located between 48th Street and Higley Road, and between Adobe Street and Brown Road, and was built by Cardon Homes in the early 1980's. Northpointe Commons HOA is a "master association" with beautiful amenities that include four pools (diving, lap, play and baby pool), two spas, four racquetball courts, two volleyball courts, playground, and an accessible parking area located near these amenities.​
